I am a guy who likes to drive around and look at stuff. Since you can’t see anything from the Interstate, I try to stay on the back roads. I have a special interest in old automobiles, motorcycles, and diners. I am working with others who are trying to preserve the New York State portion of US Route 20. I am interested in developing events, such as car cruises and tours of US Route 20, and in helping to promote the restoration and revival of roadside attractions such as family-owned motels, restaurants, and gift shops. I need your ideas, your stories and memories of traveling US Route 20, and your recommendations for places to stop along the way.

I am a guy who likes to cruise in my old 1956 Oldsmobile 98 Holiday Sedan.  I am interested in preserving roads such as US Route 20, because of their unique character. They offer many attractions that meet my interests such as antique hunting, car shows and restaurants. I love Americana which US Route 20 brings to the traveler. Please help us build this site by either sponsoring it with an ad or contributing to it with stories of historical or human interest, news articles, photos, etc. I am also the webmaster of this site and would appreciate any comment to improve it.
